The total volume of the beer market reached 17 million hl in 2011, the same level as in the previous year. The sales volume recorded by the Brewers of Romania members reached 15.6 million hl last year. Considered as a real driver for sales recovery and business consolidation, the investments made by the Association members increased in 2011 up to 61 million Euros, by 10 million Euros compared to the previous year.
